Open My Racks, hover the chain you want gone, and hit the delete action. Deletion removes the audio, the generated preset, and the analysis metadata from our systems.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask for account deletion. We'll confirm, delete your account, all chains, and uploaded audio. Backups cycle out on the standard retention window.
Open your profile from the avatar in the top-right and manage email addresses through the Clerk account panel. If you run into issues, email us and we'll sort it out manually.
Uploads and generated presets are stored for as long as your account is active so you can re-download, re-analyze, or audit past racks. Delete a chain or your account and the associated files are removed.
