Each upload we turn into an .adg preset counts as one rack. Re-downloading a rack you've already built is free. Only new builds use a credit.

Yes. Cancel in two clicks from the Stripe customer portal. Your plan stays active through the end of the billing period and then drops back to free. No phone call, no retention loop.

You can still log in, view past racks, and re-download any preset you've already built. To build new racks, upgrade your plan or wait until your monthly cycle resets.

No. Each month resets. We keep pricing simple instead of nickel-and-diming, and we'd rather you build more racks than hoard credits.

Pay for 10 months up front, get the full year. That's two months free vs. paying monthly. Same monthly rack quota, no other strings.

Email us at [email protected] within 14 days of your first paid charge if PhantomRack doesn't deliver. No interrogation. We'll refund you.

Open your billing portal from the usage badge in the app header, pick a new plan, and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
